Suggest Treatment For Tightness In Chest,weak And High Temperature

My husband has had the following symptoms for 7 days, aching all over, temperature over 100, profuse sweating then cold and shivering, tightness in the chest, weakness, no appetite, no sleep for 5 nights, at night the symptoms worsen and he has difficulty breathing, he now has a slight cough, he has been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen, however after he takes paracetamol he sweats and runs an even higher temperature, there is no sign of any of the symptoms reducing

I can understand your concern.
Breathing difficulty, chest tightness, chest pressure, sweating especially at night are characteristic symptoms of heart diseases.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg, 2d echo and stress test (trade mill test).
He may need coronary angiography if above mentioned reports are positive for ischemia.
Don't worry, he will be alright with appropriate cardiac drugs.
