Suggest Treatment For Thyroid

gud after noon i am mrs kothari suffering from throid since last 15 years and from R.A. last 6 years i am taking thyronorm 125 mg daily for thyroid and saaz ds, cleft 10, fol 5, calton d for R.A. can u guide me that i am taking right course of medicine. i am 42 year old. cleft i am taking alt days.

Hi welcome to HCM....

Here for thyroid you are taking levothyroxine which is correct treatment ...
But for giving comment I want to know your TSH and free T4 value ....

The dose of thyroxine adjusted according to TSH level....
So regularly at three to four month tsh estimation done for searching maintainance dose .....

For RA treatment is correct that is by leflunomide and vitamin D 3 ...

But if RA not controlled by these drugs than further treatment might given with disease modifying drugs ....
