Suggest Treatment For Thyroid Problems

I m a female. I just got the results of a recent blood test and the lymph is 46 when the range id 22-39. My white count is in the normal range. Strangely, I seem to notice that the thyroid gland in my neck looks a bit larger. I \ ve lost 10 lbs. in 9 months without trying and I can t gain it back. I was attributing it to a stressful life situation, but perhaps I need to look at a possible thyroid problem?

If u r having thyroid swelling, then get done S.TSH and USG neck if TSH on lower side to check for nodules.r u having other symptoms like hot intolerance, irregular menses etc?
