Suggest Treatment For Thumping In The Center Of Chest

Hello----I keep getting thumping in the center of my chest---don't have it when sleeping.---Does'nt hurt---is this a sign of a serious heart condition ?----I do have mitral vave prolapse---Had it for years.----My doctor said my heart sounds fine.---Then-what is the thumping?-----BTW---i do have serious acid reflux----Any connection ?

4. Go for walking after meals. Loose weight if you are obese.
5. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
6. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
