Because my throat has been hurting for 4 days and i don't know what will help or what i should do ?P

It seems that you might be having pharyngitis diving this problem.
You may require one course of antibiotic medicine like Azzithromicin for 3 days.
Do antiseptic gargles.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
