Suggest Treatment For The Terrible Pain In Groins

My name is himabindu, i am 43 years old. few years back my hip femur got fractured. i did not go for surgery. earlier i use to take pain killer some time. but now i am taking pain killer twice in a week. Earlier i use to take Voveran 50 and 100. Now i am taking Acelorite plus 500. without painkiller i cannot walk, i get terrible pain in my groins, my muscles will get cramped. my walking posture also changed now i am limping a lot. is there any other tablet or what i should do, please advise me.

Hi,

I have gone through your query.

From your history it has been suggested that you hip joint has start developing ostoearthritic changes so get x-ray of pelvis with both hips done in AP view and send me the report.

Till then take 1tab.tramadol 25mg at night along with treatment you are already on.
