Suggest Treatment For The Sudden Drop In The BP Levels?

My mother-in-law is 61 year old. She had an incident of vertigo yesterday morning. She is presently on her blood pressure medication. We took her to urgent care where they said that she is having labyrinthitis. They have given her antivert. She showed improvement since yesterday. But today she had another incident, in the evening she suddenly started sweating, and things started getting dark in front of her. We immediately gave her lemon juice and she was her normal self again. Is this because of sudden drop in blood pressure? Is this serious. Please advise. Thanks.

hi
is he on blood pressure medication, was she fasting for long time or any stressful condition.
Mostly It looks like she had low blood pressure.
You need to monitor the blood pressure and pulse rate three times a day for a week then twice a week.
if she blood pressure medicine you need to decrease the dose. increase her fluid intake and salt intake if blood pressure is low.
