Suggest Treatment For The Neck Pain Caused By Exercising

Hi, I am concerned about a pressure type pain in the right side of my neck. I am a 53 year old male, I weigh 168 lbs and am 5'8". All my life I have lifted weights and other non-aerobic type exercise. earlier this year I began occasionally using treadmill and running for about 30 minutes, fast enough to sweat and breath hard. Sometimes when I do this it causes a pressure type pain on the right side of my neck - as I slow down, it subsides quickly and I can slowly speed back up and then the pain usually starts again. My medical history is scant - hay fever, a leg injury, hemoroid surgery, vascectomy, psoriosis. My family has a history of high blood pressure, and occaisionally my blood pressure has been as high as 90/130 when I have given blood, but I have not been on any medications of any kind.

HI
Well come to HCM
Looking to your age now you need to exercise accordingly because any uneven compression or pressure could be danger for you and this may cause serious injury, right now the pain can be treated with Tab Acetaminophen and Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg as per needed, take care.
