Suggest Treatment For The Breathlessness

Doctors, my sister( age 18) is right now experiencing problems with breathing. It started for the first time in the morning, and now we are trying to fall asleep, and every time she falls asleep she wakes up due to shortness of breath. She doesn't have asthma or allergies, and today we went to the hospital and doctors checked her heart and lungs, and did blood tests, and everything was perfect, so I need some immediate solution right now to help her breathe normally. I am 19, and our parents are out of town, so I need some help, because we don't know what to do and I am pretty scared. Thank you for your help in advance!

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No need to worry much for her breathlessness because her heart and lungs are checked by doctors and they are ok.
Sometimes, stress and tension can also cause similar symptoms.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in her life and start working on its solution.
She may need anxiolytic drugs too.
So don't worry, she will be alright.
Ask her to avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your sister. Thanks.
