Suggest Treatment For Testicle Pain

About a month ago in felt like I had a uti. It passed but my right testicle is enlarged and it feels like there is a heavy metal ball inside of my sac. It is excruciating pain and ibuprofen will hardly make it go away. My urine and semen seem darker than usual. I'm urinating more now and I can barely hold I when I do have to pee. My main concern is the right testicle and the pain? I'm a 28 year old male.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The urinary tract infection causes retrograde infection of the testis called orchitis. This give too much pain and swelling.
Due to its typical blood supply and anatomy it takes a long time to et relief.
I would advise you the following:
Tests of blood.
Tests of urine- routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Ultrasound and color doppler of the abdomen and the scrotum

All these will give positive direction to the treatment which should continue till you get cured.
Simultaneous treatment of the urinary tract abnormality have to be done.
I find this answer helpful
