Hi Welcome to HCM,

Your assumption is correct, there is a relationship between your Rt side lower abdomen pain and Rt testis. We call it as " referred pain". If any change in Testes it first felt over your lower belly or naval region. Your pain may be associated with Congestive prostatitis ( It is common to young individuals who are not regularly ejaculating their Semen either Masturbation or Sex) If you are regularly ejaculating, still you felt pain, the next possible cause is "Varicose vein " The dilated and torture scrotal vein will produce pain to the young individulas. Scrotal doppler scan is the diagnostic test, if it is above Grade 3 consult a Urologist for further Management. If your one side testis is enlarge in size, Hard in consistency, any lymphnode enlargement in the inguinal region..... don't hesitate to meet the Dr.
Hope you got the Answers.
