Suggest Treatment For Termination Of Pregnancy

i did sex with my boy friend on 15th feb

n i got periods on 3rd feb last month

but in this month till i didnt got periods

i checked for pregnancy strip test

it came positive

now what is the safest way to abort the child so thai no complications occur in future while conceiving

Safest way to abort the child is by mifepristone plus misoprostol (gynecologist prescription is required). It should be used under advice and supervision of gynecologist after checking intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days by transvaginal USG scan. Home use by taking yourself should be avoided as it cause serious complication and risk of failure.
By procedure:
1st Day: Tablet mifepristone 600 mg orally after food
3rd day: Tablet Misoprostol 400 ug should be put high in the vaginal by one by one by gynecologist. If required another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour.
7th day: Follow up visit
14th day: USG should be done to confirm complete process of abortion.

Abortion process will start 30-45 minutes after using misoprostol pill as bleeding with tissue and blood clots appear and will finish in 3-5 days.
Rest for 48 hour. analgesic, antibiotics, healthy diet with iron supplements and proper pelvic hygiene should be maintained.
Use I pill and contraception in future to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
