Suggest Treatment For Tendonitis In The Right Hand

I m 47 yr old female. ive been diagnosed with tendonitis in my right hand/arm, along my thumb down my arm. Is it possible to also have tendonitis in my left arm/elbow and knees? or is this most likely something more serious? I ve never been one to work out or into sports so no injuries from either.

this tendinitis you have is called Tenjis elbow. it takes time and rest to get recover with this. It is treated with some pain killers , exercise and physical therapy .
