Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Tension Headache

Hi, I have had a headache in the back of my head for a couple of days and also a sore neck. I thought it was getting better but tonight they are both bad again. My neck is not stiff, just sore. I don t usually have headaches in the back of my head. What would cause this?

it appears to be cervical spondilytis. radiating pain from back of neck. use hard bed and avoid pillow. apply warm phomantation over back of neck. and voveran ointmentlocaly. take tab combiflam twice daily after food. can use neck color.
