Suggest Treatment For Swollen Uvula?

My uvula is swollen after doing a bit too much cocaine. Its very sore to swallow and the dangly bits are even a bit white. I know that obviously the first step is to not do cocaine but its still really sore. Any other home remedies or treatments that I should know of? Id be the most grateful for some help :D

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....

As per your complain the swelling of uvula is due to irritation of uvula with excessive intake of cocaine and irritation has led to inflammation of uvula causing Uvulitis and the whitish appearance is also due to it..

As you already know that you should avoid taking cocaine you should immediately stop using it again..
You can start doing warm saline gargles..
For pain you can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Diclofenac etc..
Avoid hot and spicy food and take a soft diet..
Avoid smoking and alcohol..
Take plenty of cool fluids as it will soothe the throat and reduce inflammation..
You can also such a throat lozenge for relief..
In case of no improvement in a week or if it worsen consult an ENT expert and get evaluated.
