Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain swollen tonsils after extraction of a decayed wisdom tooth can occur due to infection in tonsils secondary to tooth extraction or it can also be due to inflammation at the extraction site and as the wisdom tooth is close to the throat and tonsils inflammation at the wisdom tooth location can cause inflammation of the tonsils leading to pain and swallowing difficulty..
Difficulty in moving the tongue is due to swelling and inflammation at the site of extraction and is commonly seen in case of wisdom tooth extraction..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case of inflammation at the site of wisdom tooth extraction he can advise you to take antibiotics like Augmentin and painkillers like Ibuprofen..
Do warm saline gargles..
Do cold compresses over the cheek..
Maintain a good oral hygiene and gargle with an antimicrobial mouthwash..
Take a soft diet and more of fluids..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
