Suggest Treatment For Swollen Testicle

I have a swollen right testicle that was injured while having intercourse with my wife. It was smashed between our bodies, immediate pain,subsided,swelling started the next day.I have been applying heat on and off, and some swelling has reduuced,In my mind not soon enough.Had a previous injury at 19 yrs. while playing fooyball on left testicle,which took one and a half weeks to get over. Im now 58, in perfect health,6 3, 195lbs.,one prescription for add diagnosed 11 yrs. ago.exercise daily min. for years.what can I do to help the healing process.

Here the pain swelling can be treated with Tab Ibuprofen 600 mg twice in day, but this would be necessary to differentiate this condition with Hydrocele and for that you need to go for clinical examination, hope this helps.
