Suggest Treatment For Swollen Submandibular Glands

While performing cunnilingus on my girl friend I managed to injure my submandibular glands and they ve been swollen for 2 days. I m pretty sure it was caused by the string under my tongue was going inbetween my two bottom front teeth a lot. What can I do to prevent infection and get it to heal?

If the glands are swollen, then it is likely that you have already got an infection and will need antibiotics for it. Please meet your doctor for the prescription.
