Suggest Treatment For Swollen Painful Vagina Along With Bleeding

hello! I recently got a scratch or something inside my vagina. I haven't done anything sexual, as far as sex or being fingered in a while so when i was sore down there I thought that was the reason but then i continued to bleed the next day so i took a look and the cdnter piece looked irritated and just bloody which shocked me. Then 3 days later im continuing to bleed and i took another look and now it looks like really swollen and much larger than before.. Its not a lot of blood but just irregular spotting throughout the day. All the things that I have read online tell me that it will heal on its own but im nervous and just need a professional opinion.

Looking to the history given here first it is important to know that this is not the uterine bleeding if this so then then this could be irregular menses, but if this is not the uterine bleeding then this may be due to some lesion of vagina and this need to be found out in either case clinical examination is must as you say if you need some clinical opinion then better get done the clinical examination, hope this helps, have a nice day (do not be under false impression that this would heal on its own, without knowing the nature of lesion this is difficult to predict )
