Suggest Treatment For Swollen Painful Neck Glands

Hello, I have glands in my neck that are swollen because of a bad root canal which then I had extracted, I still have swollen glands after taking two doses of anti-biotic. This causes phlegm in my throat which makes me swallow all the time to clear my throat. What can I do?

You could be having lymph node enlargement and non resolution after 2 courses of antibiotics indicate the need for further evaluation in the form of Ultrasound scan of the neck and FNAC
