Hello,
According your symptoms I think you should do a physical examination and take a detailed medical history by a doctor to see some characteristic of lymph nodes (size, movement, tenderness) to do a different diagnosis. When lymph nodes swell in two or more areas of the body, it is called generalized
lymphadenopathy and usually is not a good sign.
Related to your long lasting symptoms and lab data (high
lymphocyte, high sed rate) the most probably pathology are such as
leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, and non-Hodgkin's
lymphoma excluding first HIV/AIDS. Treatment for swollen glands focuses on treating the cause. For example, a bacterial infection may be treated with antibiotics, while a viral infection often goes away on its own. If cancer is suspected, a
biopsy may be done to confirm the diagnosis.
I hope my answer helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Monika Dede
