When lymph nodes swell in two or more areas of the body, it is called generalized lymphadenopathy and usually is not a good sign. Related to your long lasting symptoms and lab data (high lymphocyte, high sed rate) the most probably pathology are such as leukemia, Hodgkin s disease, and non-Hodgkin s lymphoma excluding first HIV/AIDS.
