Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Armpits

I have a swollen lymph node under my left arm pit. its big. Worry. There now for about two weeks. On Sept 3 woke up with acute lower back pain radiating to the lower abdomen. So intense had to go to Urgent Care Clinic. They did urinalysis but came out clean , no UTI. About 3 hours later pain went away. one week later swollen lymph.

This should be further investigated.

If there's no obvious infection in the surrounding area (e.g skin abscess), it's important to detect the nature of the lymph node swelling and its cause.

Treatment of the swelling is by treatment of its cause.

Further investigation should include ultrasound on the lymph node to characterize its nature and examination for the presence of swollen lymph nodes elsewhere in the body.
