Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Glands In Neck

I have had swollen lymph glands in my neck for over a year. Been to clinic 5 to 6 times and a ENT specialist. Clinics daignosed and treated my fro everything from sinus infection to ear infection and prescribed antibiotics over and over with no change, The specialist said tonsilitis and did a scope up my nose to my vocal cords seeing nothing. Tonsils are large but never a sore throat or any cold or sinus infetions. He gave me a depo dose pack...it helped briefly and then it sarted again after a month.I also upon startinga second job came up positive for TB but it was ruled out with chest x-ray. I have no insurance and am at my witts end. PLEASE HELP!! Do I go see an endocrinologist,Internal medicine doc, or ????? No other symptoms besides the swollen glands sub mandibular and para trachea. Dont know if its significant but I have cervical fusions 3 discs from 2 different surgeries and when I yawn my neck muscles around the trachea knot up and have to be manually corrected to get relief. I have had my hardware checked an all seems good.

Hello.
It is not easy to find a reason why you have swollen limph nodes in your neck. I sow that you dont have any infection in the regional area ( nose, ears, throat) and you didnt meantion that you have pain from the limph nodes .
i think you should do a FNA of the biggest limph node after that you will know if there is malignancy or not.

wish you all the best...
