General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
This looks to be a complex presentation of few diseases together, one caused by another - one by one.
This probably started with either the Sciatica or knee problem.
This presentation needs a good clinical evaluation, examination by an Orthopedic Surgeon.
MRI of the lower spine.
MRI of the Hip and the affected knee.
This will give the idea about the complexity of the problems and each problem thus can be solved individually, one by one.
I find this answer helpful
