General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some atrophic changes in vaginal canal due menopause giving this problem.
This can be due to some estrogen hormone deficiency during menopause.
consult Gynaec and get examined.
Estorgen cream application will give you better relief.
Another possibility is likely of having chronic fungal infection.
Go for one oral anti-fungal medicine course like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local hygiene clean and airy.
Ok and take care.
