General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
Your history suggest more of allergic reaction due to thorn prick.
I would advise
To start on anti histaminics such as cetrizine along with paracetamol to control the swelling.
If the swelling present even after medications, consulting a physician would be wise so and to investigate the type of swelling.
Hope everything goes fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you.
I find this answer helpful
