General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
Swollen fallopian tubes indicates either it's infection or sometimes blood or even accumulation of fluid can also cause swelling. Infection could be because of many organisms most commonly it's chlamydia or gonorrhoea. Sometimes test for chlamydia will be inconclusive. I advise you to take a course of antibiotics. You and your partner both should be treated if it's chlamydia. You can get elisa test for confirmation.

Thank you
