Suggest Treatment For Swollen Face After Stitches On Nose

My husband was in a pretty bad accident 3 weeks ago and is constantly sleepy. He was taking to the hospital and got stitches in his nose due to him hitting the windshield. The stitches were the least of it. His entire face was swollen with two completely blacked eyes. The wreck was to avoid a head on collision, which was ok except he went head on into a drainage pipe/ditch. I want him to get more medical exams, but he refuses. He acts different, he looks like he s high all the time and I truly know he is not on drugs. I m scared for him. What do I do??

u should get CT scan of his head to rule out skull fractures. take him to a orthopedician and get him investigated properly. CT scan will also be able to rule out any bleeding into the brain which is very likely in your husband's case.
