Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eyes After An Injury

I tripped & fell on a concrete step & landed on my lip first & then popped sideways & smacked the bone above my right eye at or below my eyebrow. Above my eye it is swollen like an egg. Other than putting ice on it to bring the swelling down, is there anything I should be watching for. (PS: I live alone & am an extremely healthy 72 yr old.)

Apart from using ice you can take tablet containing serratiopeptidase aceclofenac combination twice daily for 5- 7 days. This will surely reduce the swelling. If the swelling doesnt get better in a weeks time you should consult a doctor.
