Suggest Treatment For Swollen Arm And Painful Elbow

About a month ago my boyfriend beat me up and we both ended up on top of my elbow that was already propping me up on the floorI felt it pop and it hurt very bad and instantly swelled up a month later it is still swollen my entire arm and hand are and I have a severe pain in my elbow with a burning now my forearm. I probably shouldn't have waited a month but now I'm worried that its broken. my ROM in it has changed can not straighten all the way nor turn my hand in and out without a serious pain shootinhLG.

Thanks for your query.
After going through your query I came to know that you had injury in your elbow. You are unable to straighten it. Supination and pronation is restricted.
Its treatment is rest to part(immobilization). Analgesic such as diclofenac will be of use for pain. You can take vitamin B-complex and C to promote healing.
X-ray of elbow with forearm can be done to exclude fracture.I think you got fracture . Further treatment depends on seeing x ray report. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
