Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankles
I been on a long car ride over the past 4 days. Each night I noticed that both ankles were swollen, but not hurting. Also, I had red mark by left heal and instep. No Injury. The mark looked like blood pooling. Swelling decreased over night . Any reasons for the swelling?

ya it can be blood pooling due to constant contraction of muscles for long. i won't suggest taking unnecessary drugs until really needed as it seems to resolve on its own soon
