Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Tonsils

Hi I m 19 years old male I m scared from what I m feeling.....I feel numbness in my left side of my face and my left tonsil is swollen and every now and then I feel like a little pain or tightness on my left side on my chest and my head hurts....some one please help

Thanks for your query.
I can understand when so many problems start creeping in at the same time like you have:
numbness left side of the face, swollen left tonsil, pain or tightness on left side of the chest and pain in the head.
The commonest causes of such an occurrence is obviously an infection.

I would advise you the following:

-Consult an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation, investigation and treatment as per his findings .
- Test of blood, urine.
