Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Testicles

my husband is having problems with swollen painful testicles,it started with the right one causing problems only when lifting something heavy,but now it s affecting both testicles with no reason,he could get some relief with ejaculation,what else can be done

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern for your husband.
What problem your husband is having like swollen and painful testis could be due to infection of testis and/or epididymis, called 'Epididymo-orchitis'.
Kindly get an ultrasound abdomen done to confirm the diagnosis.
He needs to take a course of oral antibiotics like Tablet.Levofloxacin for 10 days and antiinflammatory medications like Ibuprofen twice daily.
Kindly advise him to drink plenty of fluids and give scrotal support. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesions heal completely. Gradually, with infection subsiding, his symptoms should reduce back to normal.
