Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Testicle
hi, this is yasser and i have a problem of having horrible pain in my testis which gets swollen until i ejaculate. And the interval between the 2 pain cycle is just 36 hours in which i have to ejaculate or else i have to suffer from some serious pain in my testis pls help me i am in a very bad condition. thanks in advance

1.The history and symptoms suggest possibilities of ejaculatory ductal dilatation / obstruction.
2.It also can be the psychiatric disorder of thinking - one of the possible cause. Which needs counselling.
3.But in this case need to evaluate the cause - an ultrasound examination of the scrotum will help to evaluate the cause.
4.Ultrasound will help to identify any testicular pathology, its blood supply and chord and thickness - which is seen in case of any obstructive pathology.
5.For the seminal vesicles - actually rectal examination of prostate gland will be needed.
6.However i would recommend to see an urologist, and get examined and investigated throughly and treated accordingly.
