Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Shin

Hi, two weeks ago I was a playing a soccer game and someone kicked my leg between my lower knee and upper shin. I luckily did not feel a pop or tear. My shin swelled right away. When I went to the hospital they took X-rays and said there was no fracture, it s just really swollen and needs rest. After two weeks I still cannot walk, apply too pressure, or straighten my leg. The bruising and swelling has gone down significantly, but when I try to straighten it the back of my knee hurts. I really hope it s not a torn acl.. please help!!!!!

I saw your explanation on your issues. Looks like there is some damage in knee. If you have instability while walking as well if you are having same feeling while coming down from stairs and not able to take simple jog. Then you should do mri also and check what's the problem.
If Every thing is fine then i suggest to take physio also for some time and do strengthening exercises too.
Hope you have got your answer. Take care.
