Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think it can be a lymphedema or a collection of fluid in the leg. This can be present since birth or it can develop later on. So I would recommend you to meet general surgeon as soon as possible and do needful.
It is a difficult issue to tackle and may need surgery. I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
