Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Bump On The Eyelid
Hello, I went to the doctor today because Friday morning I woke up with a swollen eyelid and a bump on my upper right eyelid turns out I have a cyst but my concern is if I smoke marijuana will it make it worse or affect the healing process in any way?

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like angiomas , acne , allergic , eczema , psoriasis and scabies . It can also occur due to poor immunity of body and due to side effect of some medicines . I would suggest you to maintain proper hygiene , take antihistamine like benadryl , prevent your skin and eye from direct sun light , wear eyeglasses and avoid applying any cosmetic .Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order skin test or allergy test along with blood test . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with antibiotics and anti inflammatory and corticosteroid ointment . Doctor may also refer you to ophthalmologist for eye problem or allergy specialist .
