Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Breast

Over the past two months my breasts have become slighlty enlarged that I have gone up two cup sizes. They are also tender most of the time and can be very painful at times. I am not pregnant and currently have the implant which I have been using for several years with no problems. I am 34yol.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think it may be side effects of implants.
Also note other causes of your problem:

1. Most common-Hormonal imbalance : High /lack of estrogen and progesterone
2. Breast cyst, Breast cancer, Breast trauma, breast abscess, mastitis
3. Excessive stress
4. Alcohol and caffine use

You should consult the surgen and require examination of breast

You can do following test if remain long time:
1. Hormonal profile: LH, FSH, Prolactin, Estrogen, progesterone
2. Mammography

Advice are as follow

Tablet Dan-SR/ ibuprufen
1. Life style changes
- 30 min regular walk
- Wear supportive pad bra
- use of Ice pack
- Relaxation exercise: breathing technique
- Low fat diet
- High fiber intake
- Decreased salt intake
- Multivitamin intake
- Reduce alcohol and caffine
2. Gentle massage with prime rose oil
3. Acupuncture therapy
