Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Eyes

During an extraction of tooth #32, bubbles of blood in the socket that looked unusual. Then immediately the patients eye and upper cheek began to swell as if filled with fluid. The patient said it felt like fluid draining. Extreme pain as he doc elevated the tooth from the socket. Next day post op, the patient is still numb and feels like fluid is present in neck around ear, and eye still swollen and bruised. What would cause that fluid to start and immediately swell below eye?

problem is only anxiety. nothing can happen like that. what you have informed is normal. these things happen during such procedure.
