I have significant swelling on the right side of my scrotum; I'm not experiencing any pain and have not been bleeding. My testicle has what seems to be fluid build-up and it's getting so that I can hardly feel the other testicle. Can you give me an idea of what's wrong? Thank you.
Hi. This can be a hydrocele and nothing much to worry fast. Please get a proper ultrasonography to confirm the diagnosis and get operated. Why do you want to wait.
