Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Clitoris That Has A Lump Filled With Pus

my clitoral hood is swollen very large and is actually swollen over the top of my clitoris. There is one single large white bump on the upper right of the swollen clitoral hood. It was hard and solid. It s been draining pus now for a day. I squeeze it and more pus and blood come out. It doesn t really hurt at all unless I ve been squeezing in it. I can t really afford to go to a doctor. Will this go away? I ve been putting Neosporin on it.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to boil. Puss should be evacuated. You can wash the area with saline and apply betadine ointment. After applying betadine cover with a gauze. Remove the puss as much as possible and dress. Healing will takes place when the wound is fully clean. Taking vitamin C will be helpful in faster healing also. If not helping then you may need antibiotics and stuff removal by your doctor.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
