Suggest Treatment For Swelling At Anus Along With Painful Defecation

Hello Doctor, I am 34 yr old male with comlaints of painful daefcation since 1 week and i hav a small very tender swelling (almost Thromosed ) at the posterio-lateral aspect of the anus just internal to to external spincter. its blackish in colour on proctoscopy.No anal fissure or fistula.no bleeding or discharge. peri anal itching is present and its severe. please tell me the probable diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. thank you doc.

dear it may be thrombosed hemorrhoids vein. use tab.daflon 500twice a day for five days,high fiber diet. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and thrombosed hemorrhoids may need surgery.
