Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In The Scrotum
Hi, I m 48 and I have a continually dull ache in my right testicle. It s so sensitive to touch as I can not check really if it s swollen..i think it is as my scrotum as gone all tight and uncomfatble to sit down? It s been like this for 3 days now, any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks Simon

Possible epididimitis,and you should have antibiotic treatment for it as soon as possible. This may be caused by STD infection or prostate infection and sometimes there is no particular cause. diagnosis is established by ultrasound and urine analysis.
