Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In Cheekbone Caused After Injury

Hi doctors I need some advice . Today going down a water slide with my daughter I slammed my cheekbone so hard into the back of her head the pain was so severe I felt sick then the pain moved up to my left temple which is extremly painful tender and swollen and has a swollen vain too and is causing me nausea and a left side headache. Can u plz tell me what happen? Can I treat it at home or go to the ER . Thank u

for you a dose of pain killer will do.
take tablet diclofenac 50 mg twice a day after meal for a day or two.
if the pain doesn't get relieved with medication then can consult the ER.
