Hi.
As per your case history of sweating and itching on shoulders, my treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Avoid eating spicy foods and excessive salty diet.
3. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral vitamin c, antihistamines taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
