Suggest Treatment For Sudden Weight Gain And IBS

Hi doctor.I had three urine infections for this year and the last one was just a couple of weeks ago.I ve been off the antibiotics but have started to have gripes pain in stomach.I do suffer with IBS and acid reflux and have a very sensitive stomach .I have now also noticed a little flecks of blood in my stool since after the antibiotics.I am 34 years old but I weigh around 90 pounds as I ve always been small in size.I am scared about this sudden change

Blood in the stool may not always be due to very serious causes though they should be ruled out.

If the pain in the abdomen and blood continue, you should be seen by your doctor for assessment and investigations.

Causes include: diverticular disease, hemorrhoids, mass in the colon, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease
