Hello and welcome to health care magic,

I do understand your problem but you must realize that once the nerves are weak or dead there is no way to get them back.
In any case of sudden hearing loss, the treatment is a cocktail of steroids, plasma expanders, anti viral and mutivitamin infusions. But in spite of all these most of the times the treatment will not work as most of the time the cause is not known.
I know this is sad but this is how our ears work. The good news is that you still have some residual hearing in the said ear and only one ear is affected. You need to take advantage of this and immediately get a good digital hearing aid in the ear so that further loss can be avoided. The aid will also ensure that the ringing sound will reduce

Hope this helps

regards
