Suggest Treatment For Substance Dependence

I know someone who is addicted to dilated, and when it comes to a lot of medications, I am clueless about the addictive ones. Someone told me it was a type of morphine and comes in a pill form. I am just wondering why he always goes to the hospital for the injections?

Um... they feel good? It can be a treatment for a short term painful disorder and getting even a very strong narcotic very infrequently will not establish withdrawal. I had a ton of it age 7 and 14 for tonsils and appendix. No withdrawal.
But, people can then manipulate the health system to get more (psychological dependence) and if they stay on it, they can get to the point that not having it causes them to feel really awful (dependence) and this can affect everything in their thinking (addiction).
We can talk a lot about this with a directed question. I am a specialist in the topic.
