Suggest Treatment For Stress And Tingling Sensation In Legs

Hi, My MCV level is 101. My diet is healthy, I eat a lot of fresh salad and vegetables. I do however drink alcohol, probably 3 days out of 7. I m female, 42 years old and a director of a company. i have recently gone through a lot of stress with the separation from my husband. We also have 3 small children. I have also been getting a lot of numbness in my hands, and they feel weaker than normal. I have tingling sensations in my legs and feet and my left leg feels quite numb. all my other blood tests came back normal but my GP says there is nothing to worry about. I m concerned and hope you can help
