Suggest Treatment For Strep

My daughter is 17yrs old and has been tested positive with strep seven times in the past seven months. She has been on a round of antibiotics the four times. I have used disinfectants to clean her room, changed toothbrushes, etc. Her primary doctor sent her to an ENT. He said it was allergy related. I have never heard such thing. Also she has had her tonsils and abnoids removed. Should I get a second opinion? He put her on singular, and nose spray. What is my next move.
